An Aesthetic clinic is in need of a receptionist(customer care officer)
Requirements:
* Degree in any field
* Degree in any field
*Excellent communication skills
* General Computer knowledge
* Any relevant previous experience would be an Advantage.
* Ability to work well in a team
* Ability to work without direct supervision and on own initiative when necessary.
* Must be a female.
Responsibilities:
* Act as the focal point of communication between patients,Doctors and the relevant members of the primary care team.
* Answer incoming telephone calls are handled appropriately and documented or redirected.
* Ensure up to date maintenance of computerised records,including correct filing of results and letters.
* Receive incoming mails,process and distribute as appropriate.
* Book, amend and cancel patients appointment as required.
* Book in patients and visitors in line with practice appointments and procedures.
